1. Payment Terms

Standard Projects

For most services, our payment structure is:

  • 50% deposit to schedule your service

  • Remaining 50% due upon completion

Larger Projects

For multi-day or higher-value projects, our payment schedule is:

  • 50% deposit to schedule and secure materials

  • 25% due after the first day of on-site work

  • Final 25% due upon completion

The applicable structure will be outlined in your written quote or service agreement.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Before Work Begins:
    If you cancel after paying a deposit but before the job starts, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. The other 25% is retained as a cancellation fee.

  • After Work Begins:
    If you cancel after work has started, any payments already made are non-refundable, and any unpaid balance is still due within 30 days.

 

3. Cancellation by Olson Landscaping

If Olson Landscaping cancels your scheduled project for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of any payments made.

4. Satisfaction & Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the completed work:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of project completion.

  • We’ll inspect and, if appropriate, offer a correction solution.

Refunds are not guaranteed for concerns outside the written project scope or due to natural factors beyond our control.

 

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
